Closing a payroll year - will it clear pay super amounts?

Will I closing a payroll year clear the pay superannuation amounts for the last quarter, as I need to close down the payroll year to set up STP but we don't want to pay the super until next week.

Hi - All good, I had to close the year to process today's pays.  Luckily all super amounts are still there.
