My customized payslip gone missing after updated to AccountRight 2019.2 from 2019.1

Is there a way I can find and restore the customized form?

Hi @SPerera 

I would start by deleting the AccountRight cache files. The cache stores temporary information used by AccountRight for a variety of uses.

You can find the cache files here:

C: \ Users \ --username-- \ AppData \ Local \ MYOB \ AccountRight \ 201X.X \ Cache

Please note that --username-- is the username that you are using to log into Windows with and AppData is a hidden folder so you would need to turn that preference on within Windows. The cache file name would be named companyFileCache_<companyfilename>

When AccountRight is reopened, it will recreate the cache files

I had the same problem with invoice forms.

This fix worked for that as well.
