Data Not Unique Error

Hi we are constantly getting the above error when trying to access an employee card file via reports. Also we are unable to open the same employee card file (Account Right closes down). This is the 3...

FYI 

 

The last 4 digits of our serial number is 0729.

Company File ID is 1.

    Can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name
    • Email address 
    • Business name
    • Company file name

      Now fixed after 40 minutes on the phone.

       

      I particularly enjoyed the roosters in the background........
