The reference numbers created in the Super Portal duplicate and continue giving the same numbers over and over requiring this to be manually changed each time & guess what the next number in the sequence is. Surely this is a glitch to be fixed?

So we can investigate this further, can you please attach a screenshot of the window where you enter the reference number manually?

So the highlighted areas are no longer autopopulating the next number sequence.
In reality, we are up to around 40 payments that have been processed but the system keeps repeating the same number so i have to manually change it. I have so many pamyents that are now showing as duplicate reference numbers which is really bad practice. This has been going on for so long now assuming it was a glitch but nothing has been fixed.

Hi @JBFibreglass
When you create the next super payment, please choose a reference number way higher in the sequence for example, PS000015 as that will refresh the entire sequence and let me know if the next numbers are then properly incrementing.

Hi,
This solutions hasn't worked. I've tried all sorts of variations and it hasnt updated. Still stuck on PS000009 In both the reference number and description as a default.
