EOFY Payroll

The EOFY payroll figures were all correct and ready to finalise when MYOB crashed (for the second time today). When I returned to the Payroll Reporting Centre, the EOFY figures had changed and are now completely inaccurate. They seem to reflect only part of the year. What's going on?? 

I have attached two Verification Reports - one before the crash, one after.

I was advised by MYOB support to run a $0.00 pay run for all employees and lodge the STP report with the ATO.  Once the ATO has accepted the $0.00 report apparently all of the figures will refresh and it should be correct.

Try the above - it fixed my issues

I'll add that to the list of bizarre bugs that the MYOB programmers seem unable to fix. (I now recall that the problem existed a year ago - and it's still not fixed!!)
