EOFY finalisation reporting

EOFY finalisation reporting

I have selected all my staff & hit send on EOFY finalisation in the reporting centre

My figures all balanced.

I selected all staff.

However, once I hit send, the screen greyed out and a stop symbol appeared when I hovered over the send button. It stayed like this for over half an hour before I finally closed it.

I shut down MYOB, restarted, went to payroll reporting, but the send button remains greyed out & I cannot repeat the process.

So I am left wondering if my finalisation report actually went through.

Do you normally recieve some sort of notification message that is was successful?

Should I be able to see some sort of acceptance message at the ATO?

No idea what to do, or if I indeed need to do anything

Hi @Trajeec 

 

Back in the EOFY Finalisation tab on the Payroll Reporting screen, do you see a column called "Final Indicator?" Are there checkmarks in this column for each employee? If so, the finalisation would be completed. You can double check this by having your employees log into their my.gov, they should see their individual summaries ready for tax purposes.
