We have changed our AccountRight Company File Owner recently, however, the Security Check email and MYOB monthly invoice are still sent to the old owner email.
Could you please help us to have a check? I have emailed customer service, unfortunately no reply received.

As you have indicated, the AccountRight Live Owner will receive the Security email notifications relating to changes to bank information in a company file.
Taking a look at your account, we are showing as you not being an AccountRight Live Owner or Primary contact on the account so we are unable to make changes to your account. If you would like to update that information the primary contact can get in touch with our phone-based team on 1300 555 151 and arrange for those details to be updated.
If the current primary contact is not able to be changed, a change of details form would need to be completed to update that information. I've sent you a copy of that form out should you need to complete it.
