Employee Card

Hi team MYOB.

 

I am trying to access ONE staff member data to run a payrun with him, however it never allow me to go in so I can edit his hours, instead it pop up a messages that says: 

"Something's goes wrong with and Account Right needs to close"

Then it just offert me to close or restart Account Right.

 

After doing this more than 5 times, I reckon something MUST BE very qrong with this.

 

Can anyone help me out with this please?

Please confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number and your company file name, and we'll run a script to fix this.

Hi Team,

 

The last 4 digit are 5012 and the copmany file ID file with are having issues with is the number 1 name Farmhouse Kedron.
