Employee card file - I have employees on Salary and Hourly but when I change the entitlement on one all the other change as well

Hi @DeeBlau
In this case, you would have to create separate entitlement categories for salaried and hourly employees. Once these categories are created, you would link the employees with salary pay basis to salaried entitlement accrual categories and employees with hourly pay basis to hourly entitlement categories. The calculation difference for salaried and hourly employees is explained on Leave and Entitlements help article.
