Employee super not going through to mpowered superE

Hi I use Myob super to make my payments but one of my employee's accrued super is not appearing in the pay super window but is appearing on all wage reports? Is there something I havent ticked to carruy the info accross. First time I have ever encountered this?

Hi @Lyshea, 

Thank you for your post. If the payments are not appearing in the pay super window I would recommend checking that you've ticked the Pay directly from AccountRight option within the employees superfund. Please go to lists > Superannuation funds > Open the employees fund > The option will be on the right. Once this has been ticked the funds should appear.
