Emplyee to repay fuel for private use

I have found one of our employees has been using the company fuel card for private use.  He now wants to repay by having the cost deducted from his wages. How do I set this up?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

I would suggest that you have a read of the MYOB SUPPORT NOTE on Selling to Employees.

While this is not quite the case for you the procedure for paying back the amount is the same.
