G'day,
I have a problem with my entitlement annual leave report.
We have one staff resign last week, so we are going to clear his annual leave payment.
His balance was 116.5 hours which is stated in "pic 1"
but when i run the report, it was different (pic 2). The personal leave balance even negative.
Anyone can tell/advise me what happen in here?

Looks like there might be a difference between the Card Balance and the Hours from Pays. If you run the Entitlement Balance Detail report for that employee in a YTD range, does this show a difference between the 2 balances?
If so, I'd be checking out this support note: Resolving a difference in Entitlement Balance reports (Australia only)

I have seen various reasons for the difference, including any edits made directly to the Employee's Pay History and also an issue occurring during a Pay Run where the transactions were posted however the Pay History (Or Card Balance) was not updated.
I wouldn't know the exact specifics around your file, however I'd be looking at those steps to fix it if you do indeed have a difference between your Hours from Pays and Card Balance.
