Hi. I have an issue where the Entitlement Balance Summary Report doesn't match one employees card entitlements for RDOs. Does anyone have a similar issue or reason why this might be occurring? It is out by the amount of RDO that was taken in a previous month.
NB. Entitlement Balance Detail report is correct to the employee's card

Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please provide a screenshot of both the Entitlement summary and detail report so I can take a look into this.

Hi Melisa,
The problem seems to have rectified itself now... Somehow?? Maybe one of the recent upgrades helped sort this issue. It carried on for about 2 months when I was reconciling staff accruals at month end.
