Entitlement balance report

Hi

After finalising STP, my client is trying to run their first payment of the new financial year. When they complete their payroll they normally print out the entitlement balance report. The issue is they can't it will only allow them to print this report of for the 2020FY and 2019FY when they actually require the 2021FY entitlement balance report.

Please advise on the best course of action to resolve this issue.

Has your client completely processed the payroll or are they waiting in order to print the new reports? We are aware of an error users are seeing in regards to entitlements while attempting to process the first payroll of the year. This is because that first payroll must be processed before the system ticks over fully and updates entitlement balances for the next year. Please see this post for further information. Once everything fully rolls over, the new report should be available.
