Unfortunately this did not work.  I set up a new pay Category for Annual Leave Accrual and put the amounts that should have been carried over in the adjustment column. But I notice this week it has put that amount as a negative in the carried over column.  Therefore still only accruing from July 20

Hi @GLAccounts 

 

You could look at recording a zero dollar pay for this employee where the only figures on the pay are the carry over figure of the entitlement. This will add the amount to the employee’s card so they have the full amount of the entitlement allocated to them

Anita,

It didnt work the first time, I have noticed with MYOB online it has moments of not responding, its very frustrating as you know you have made adjustments but the system does not acknowage it.
