Yes, client has recorded first, second and third pay run.
Yes, preferences > Reports > "include all YTD amounts and entitlement balances on paycheques stubs" has been ticked
The issue is that the "Annual Leave Entitlement" payroll category is showing "Carry Remaining Entitlement Over to next year has been unticked and greyed out.
Should i create a new annual leave entitlement category, or is there another fix?

Thank you for letting us know the steps you have already looked into in regards to this issue. As the entitlement carry over box is unticked, I would suggest creating a new entitlement category and then transfer the balances over. Note that some users have experienced issues when manually inputing the entitlement balances into the employee card, in that they are automatically negated. Instead, I would sugest processing a $0 pay with only the entitlement balances entered in to apply them to the new category you set up.
