Last week we upgraded to 2020.1 and then did a wages run.
On one of the categories (ADO taken) it shows as negative entitlements on several of the payslips.
When I look at the individual employees" entitlements it seems that the YTD figure has imported into the payslip rather than the total amount.
As we have had to close our business due to COVID-19 many of our staff have elected to use their entitlements to keep them going. It would be great if we could solve this problem so that when they receive their payslip on Wednesday it shows their true entitlement and doesn't scare them by showing a negative entitlement. The less stress the better under the current circumstances.
Thanks
Lynda

We have identified a situation with respect to the AccountRight 2020.1 version and payslips. With this particular version, the system does appear to be pulling the Year-To-Date value on the Entitlement section, rather than the Total, on an employee’s card for displaying on a pay slip.
This particular situation has been reported across to our development teams for further investigation. In the meantime clients are welcome to complete the following workaround to ensure that their employee’s pay slips do show the correct entitlement hours:
The above process will add the values into the Year-To-Date field of the entitlement which will be shown on the pay slips.

Hello Steven
That worked for us. Perfect timing as we were able to fix it up before our payrun yesterday.
Thank you for your help
