I am wondering if someone can explain what this message means when trying to make payment on an employees superannuation. I have never come across this message before.
Does it mean the fund no longer exists? The fund is: MLC Employer Super USI MLC0430AU/44928361101001

Looking at the message it does appear that the fund is not a registered fund (or is not an active one). Taking a look at the MLC USI & ABN Number Website it doesn't appear to be a listed on their website. It is also not one of the active list of super funds on the MYOB Super Fund Lists
My recommendation would be to contact the fund provider i.e. MLC and check to ensure that you have the correct details for that superannuation fund.

I am just wondering if you found a solution for this because I am having the same problem, but only with one of my employees, all the other that have funds with MLC (same fund name, SPIN/USI NO. as well) have gone through no problems and been completed at the other end.
Just interested to see how you went and what fixed the issue. I have been trying to work this out for days.
