Error message: "There is no Electronic Reporting Specification available for this payroll year"

I need to do my FY2019 payment summaries, and cannot get past the above error message.  It seems from previous threads that something needs to be done online by MYOB to fix this bug?  

- Online - cloud based

- Serial number ending #5210

- File ID: 1

- Version: AccountRight Premier AU 2019.2.1

According to the link you have sent:

If your file is online:

we can run the script for you. I will just need to know:

• The last 4 digits of your MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
• The Company File ID (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
• The Product Build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
