Error on one line in Pay Superannuation

I am attempting to make my first super payment through account right pay super. I have cleared a raft of red Xs, funds not correctly set up, employees with no phone number in lfirst number (bad luck about land line in first field, mobile in second, hey?). I now have one transaction with a red X - the same employee has 4 others in the month, so it's not the employee setup. Can anyone suggest an answer please?

Hi @PeterLeonard

 

The window should be able to give a reason for a validation error.

 

If you're on the screen showing the Red X, click on the line to highlight it and a new Red X should appear in one of the columns the employee is showing in. When the new one shows, hover over it and it should give a help preview from why it failed validation.

 

Depending what it says can depend on what to do next.

Thanks Hayden - I had tried to 'hover' when it first came up - didn't think of trying again after clicking on the line. Got my answer.
