FSF0511AU - MYOB not accepting super fund - wont load

FSF0511AU - MYOB not accepting super fund - wont load

We have obtained stapled super funds for 2 of our employees they are both FSF0511AU.

MYOB wont release them. I have even created a new Super fund and removed the old one. It still wont push through.

 

HELP!!

*The red cross states we need to enter a valid membership number which is what we have taken from the employees stapled fund with the ATO. So not sure why MYOB is not allowing it to go through.

Based on the details on the screenshot, FSF0511AU is COLONIAL FIRST STATE - FIRSTCHOICE WHOLESALE SUPER, for this fund the member number Prefix must be 011, while the one in the screenshot starts with 001. 

 

I'd suggest checking with the fund directly to verify the details. If the member number is indeed correct then please double check if the correct fund is selected.
