Finalise STP

Hi There

I have finalised staffs and click send to ATO . However when I checked report event. It did not send to ATO and the Finalse button cannot click again. How can I do . Please advice.

Hi @Angel 

 

We were informed this morning that the ATO / MyGov website is working intermittently and experiencing load issues, which is why you may not have been able to finalise.

 

Please let me know if you have since been able to finalise for the year. If not, I will investigate further for you.
