How to reprint previous year Payment Summary

Hi All,

I know that we can print a payment summary, however one of my staff is asking for a payment summary for the previous year (Jul'17 to Jun'18). However when I tried to print out from the MYOB AccountRight, it shows the current financial year (Jul'18 to Jun'19).

Is there anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Re: How to reprint previous year Payment Summary

@AlphaCo

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

It is normal practice to save Payment Summaries each year to a seperate yearly folder as PDF's so it is easy to reprint any older ones if needed.

If you have not done this then the only way is to Restore the backup you did before your Payroll Year End rollover and print them from there.

I assume you did a backup as it asks you three times have you backed up before performing the rollover.

Make sure you Restore to desktop and call the file "Restored XXX" and delete it once you have finished.

Not sure about Restoring a file have a read of the MYOB SUPPORT NOTE Restore you Company File.

If my response to your query and has helped, please mark my post as a solution to help others in the future.
