One employee still has 21.81 hours of annual leave accrued. I have processed that 21.81 hours under wage category (Unused Holiday Pay). However, on that payslip it still shows YTD 21.81 hours under Annual Leave Accrual.
What do I need to do to have YTD showing zero balance? Thanks in advance.

I've seen the Unused category not decrease the balance if they are not the linked Payroll Category used.
Could you confirm this by going to: Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements > The relevant Entitlement Category you're reducing > and check the Linked Wages Category?
