Incorrect Entitlement balances for an employee after upgrading to Account Right 2019.2

After upgrading MYOB to AccountRight 2019.2 there was a problem with one of our staffs entitlement balances. Is there a quick fix for this at all.

sounds like you got caught with this problem: Incorrect Entitlement Balance reports after upgrading to AccountRight 2019

 

the solution is for myob to fix up the file directly from how I understand it.
