Hi there,
We have issues with Super Payment.
In April 2020, my manager tried to make the super transfer, however FAILED as the amount is over the authorised amount. He then requested MYOB in writing to increase the authorised amount. Few weeks later, MYOB notified that the authorised amount had been increased as requested.
My manager had been trying to pay the super soon after, but the payments (6 attempted payments) - ALL failed. We had been in touch with the Super Specialist several times, they said, it had been fixed, but still the payments failed.
Any body experienced this and if so, what is the solution?

To assist you further on this matter, can you please clarify if the 6 failed payments had returned a message stating the reason (e.g. over the limit)? Otherwise, if it had returned an error message, can you please provide me with the exact wording to that error? This will help us to try and pinpoint the issue.

Thank you for your response. We got in touch with Super specialist team for few times. Finally, they fixed the issue. The payment has gone through on Monday, 29 June 2020. Again, thank you.
