JOBMAKER Nominating Employees - not working

I need to nominate employees for Jobmaker, but contrary to the latest instructions when I go into the Payroll Reporting Centre there is no tab for Jobmaker, so I still cannot nominate employees.  Have been waiting for months.  Can someone please help?

Re: JOBMAKER Nominating Employees - not working

No reply!! Not good enough, MYOB!!  The response to my other Post said the functionality was enabled on 23 Feb but I didn't even get an alert, and now when I try it there is no such functionality.  What is going on????????

Anyone else having this problem and getting frustrated?

Re: JOBMAKER Nominating Employees - not working

Hi @msadventourist

While MYOB does monitor this Community Forum, we do encourage other users in the MYOB Community to share their experiences and help resolve a user's enquiry before MYOB moderators do need to offer assistance. As such, there are times when you may not receive an immediate MYOB Support Moderator's reply. In saying that if you do feel that your enquiry is better suited for immediate action then we do recommend contacting the MYOB phone based teams for that assistance.

Your issue with the JobMaker tab is typically caused by a caching issue or an environmental issue so I'll give you some troubleshooting steps which should resolve the problem.

Refresh the Payroll Reporting Centre by following these steps:

  1. go into the Payroll reporting centre
  2. click on ATO settings
  3. click STP settings
  4. click Start setup
  5. this will bring up the prompts to set up STP again which refreshes the PRC

If refreshing the Payroll reporting centre doesn't resolve the problem please flush the DNS.

Flush the DNS by following these steps:

  1. Click Start.
  2. Enter cmd in the Start menu search text box.
  3. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
  4. Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns

If the command succeeds, the system returns the following message: Windows IP configuration successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

If my response has answered your enquiry please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users find this information.

Cheers,
Tracey
