WHY DOES LONG SERVICE LEAVE ACCRUALS IN ENTITLEMENTS SHOW A NEGATIVE IN THE CARRY OVER SECTION

Thanks for your post. We are aware that in some cases when a figure is entered into the Balance Adjustment column, the software is automatically adding a negative figure in the Carry over column. This results in a zero balance for that entitlement.

We do recommend that you record a $0 pay to adjust the entitlement instead of doing this through the employee card. This also ensures that the entitlement will appear on the employee's payslip.

What do you mean  add a 0 balance. where do I do that

Hi @erikapeto 

If you have entered a figure into the Balance Adjustment column to adjust the employee's LSL entitlement you need to remove that figure from the employee card. You will then need to process a $0 pay and allocate the balance adjustment figure to the LSL accrual entitlement.
