Leave Entitlement Reports has a difference from the card balance

The Entitlement Balance [Detail] report from July 2019 to date, it shows the correct hours balance under the "Hours from pays" line, however, it shows the incorrect "Card balance" in the report, and shows a "difference" which is equal to the VOID payroll processed to correct an allocation of leave. It was processed as 160 hours normal pay istead of Holiday Pay. I have tried deleting the entry, re-entering, adjusting the opening hours but it alway shows a difference of -160. We have used the VOID a few times and it hasn't been a a problem.

 

I have attached a detailed report.

Hi @marketcreations 

 

Have you recently or in the past upgraded from V19 to AccountRight Live.   Sometimes the upgrade distorts the leave balances and if this is the case you need to get MYOB data repair team to fix at the back end?

We did change over mid-October 2020 so I will get MYOB to have a look. It has affected only two employee cards.
