I pay employees hourly.
If i set the entitlement for annual leave and sick leave as a percentage of gross hours, there are some categories within gross hours that I don't want to accumulate leave on. For example, annual leave loading, back pay, travel allowance.
How do I get myob to exclude these from entitlement calculations? Am I better off using the 152 hours per annum method instead?
Also, if I change the entitlement information now, will myob do this 'from this point forward' or will it amend past leave entitlments to reflect the new guides?
Thanks.

Hi @Casie1
If you click on Excempt you can exclude the payroll categories that don't accure the leave.
Hope this helps you
