Re: Leave entitlements

Hi @Kathy01

It sounds like the Personal leave Accrual is linked to the Base Hourly category.

Open the Personal leave Accrual Category, and check the Linked Wage Category. You can have multiple categories selected, so click the dropdown arrow to see more if it is not showing.

Re: Leave entitlements

Hello @Kathy01 ,

I'm going to try and reinforce Ian's answer with a detailed step by step guide. See if this works for you:

If we go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements > *You will need to open every entitlement* > and Check the dropdown for 'Linked Wage Category'.

We will need to make sure that 'Base Hourly' is NOT ticked as a 'Linked Wage Category' for any of our entitlements. (as any wage category ticked there will reduce your entitlement balance, hence resulting in the warning message you have described)
