Locked period problem

I have reported there's a problem when tried to locked a period and error message come up. ( please refer to my post : Error Message when locked a period  and Gavin12345's post on 20 April 2016).  

 

It appears this problem re-occur. Can MYOB run a script to fix this asap please.

I have run the necessary scripts over the online company file (ID 3). Do try it again and let us know how you get on with locking that period now.

Hi Steven,

 

It's still not working.

I think I have to manually change those funny figures.  

Hope MYOB aware this problem and have a solution for it.

Sorry to hear that hasn't worked for yourself

I've arranged for a few extra scripts to be run over the company file in the cloud that should allow you to change those peferences.

 

Do let us know how you get on after those extra scripts have been run.

Hi Steven,

 

I tried today, unfortunately it's still not working. 

This time only one item has the funny number (000000332), I tried to  manually change it to Zero in Count Inventory, but it became negative. So I can't change it. I still not able to locked the period.

Hi @Ayaramac2015

 

If those scripts have not corrected the necessary inventory and you are still unable to change the preferences we do need to arrange for the company file to come in for data file investigation and possible repair.

 

I've sent you a direct email with all the details in regards to getting that file sent in for an investigation and possible repair. All the information required is included in the email but do let us know if you have any questions about the process. Also while we have the file we do encourage you to continue to work on the company file, the repair team will be in contact once they have taken a closer look at your file.
