Good Morning,
My Long Service Accrual is not calculating for some of my employees. I have gone thru everything and cannot see why this is happening. Going back thru the months it stopped working in April 2019. Can anyone help me out with this? Thank you

Hi @JanisM
I would start by checking the calculation basis of that accrual and then comparing that basis to the employees wages. Depending on how the accrual’s calculation basis is setup will determine potential causes of why that accrual is not calculating.
For example if the calculation basis is set to be a percentage of Gross Hours, double check that your employees are being paid on an hourly method. As salaried employees don’t have hours recorded against them any accruals that rely on Gross Hours will not calculate for them.
