MYOB Team new employee not appearing in location

I have a new hourly employee who isn't appearing in the Team dashboard to add to the location. I select location, then manager, but this employee isn't appearing in the drop down list.

 

The employee  is set up in AR2021 with email address, hourly type, and all usual info. Start date is in the past. What am I missing?

Before adding the employee to the Locations tab, they should be added to the Employees tab in the app. Can you please confirm if that has been done and all the steps as described in the help article: Getting started with MYOB Team have been followed? If you have added employees previously and this one is not getting added, please send us a screenshot of Locations and Employees windows so we can investigate further.
