MYOB Teams not allowing Timesheet to be approved - not given the option in drop down

Good morning,

Our guy who approves our time sheets and has done this many times before no longer has the option in drop down menu next to the employees to approve the timesheet - gives the option of Delete or  Edit Timesheet but nothing else - same also for me who is an approving manager - we are also getting a fail message next to Timesheets he has attempted to approve.  Help please??

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. If you could please remove yourself from the location and employee list, then invite yourself again then see if that resolves the error.

If it still occurs, could you check if any details on your employee card On AccountRight have been changed e.g. your email address? When you get the fail message - is that on the app or web browser version and, what is the exact error message?
