Managing User Online Access

Hi Team,

 

I have invited a user and they have accepted.  I have checked and they are active in my.MYOB, but there is no file when they log in.

Hi @bea1 

Provided that the user has accepted the invitation to they should have access to the relevant company file.

If that user is not able to see that company file, I would recommend ensuring that they are logging into AccountRight using the email address that you have invited to the company file.


Should that user be using that login we would need to grab the following information to investigate further: Do feel free to send this information in a Forum private message.

  • The serial number of the company file 
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The email address and the full name of the user that was invited
