One entitlement not shown on Payslip for one employee after 30 June 2018

I have a problem that I can not see how it has happened.

I have an emtitlement setup for RHO hours, it has been faultless for years, however I have one employee that all of a sudden after the 30th June 2018 that his accrued balance does not show on his pay slip.  All other employees payslips are okay and have the accrual shown. 

I can print his payslip prior to 30th June and it appears but all payslips from the 1st July do not.  No settings have been changed and it is only this one employee .... all other 16 employees show the entitlement.

 

Any ideas?
