I have been on hold for two (2) hours!! And then to have the person just hang up the line! It sounds like your help line is staffed in Soweto, people screaming and carrying on in the background like a bazaar, very unprofessional!
I'm trying to deal with this as your program has decided that information I diligently spent time inputting was not required anymore and has deleted it. The only way I can re-enter the info is if it gets sent to the ATO and employee again? Not ideal.
I agree with several other people now, Xero is looking seriously good!!
