I am trying to authorise our super payment and once i have keyed in my log in and password it sends me the code to my mobile but on the screen it says "Whoops, something went wrong - It looks like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later"
Is anyone else having this issue?
Apologies for getting back to you with regards to this one.
As indicated, we did encounter a number of clients encounter an error when authorising Pay Superannuation at the start of this week (Week commencing 09/03/2020). These have since been resolved (on 10/03/2020) and clients should be able to authenticate and process their pay superannuation transactions as per normal.
