Pay Super not working

Hi

 

I am trying to Pay Super but MYOB won't let me. Saying "Unavailable".

 

Can someone advise why?

Thanks for your post. We are aware that some users are experiencing time out and Something went wrong errors when processing super payments. Our developers are investigating and we do apologise for the inconvenience.

I can't authorise my super payment either, keeps telling me the service is unavailable.

We are experiencing an issue with Pay Super not working. I see from the Forum, that users were having issues with this in August. Has this been rectified and if so, how do I fix our Pay Super?

Hi @Gingerjiang and @J9Stub 

 

We were aware of users receiving an error when trying to process super payments from the 6/10/2022 to 11/10/2022. This has now been resolved so you should be able to process those payments now. 

 

If you continue to have problems please start a new post with detailed information so that we can assist further.
