In order to change the verified mobile number, you have to fill out the change of details form for pay super and email it through. I have emailed you the form, please fill it out and send it on the email address provided.

I have the same issue as above. I am currently in New York, but my Australian mobile number is still receiving texts. However, it is not receiving this code. Is there a block on numbers that are overseas?
If I need to change the number to a number in Australia, where do I find this form?

I've attached the change of details form here so you can update the mobile number as the verification codes are not sent if the number is used overseas.

Thank you Komal. Why would the code not be sent to an Australian mobile overseas? That makes no sense

We've received a few reports in the past of codes not being received overseas, however, if you send us your serial number and company file name by a Private Message, we can check the specific reason for your case.
