Solved: Go to Solution

Pay Super

I am doing pay super and only half my staff are showing on the selection window.

 

I have checked the following:

Super Fund Name - Correct as same other employees showing up

Member No - All are entered

TFN - All entered

Super is allocated to correct expense accounts

Pay from MYOB is ticked

Wages - they have earnt over the $450 per thereshold for the month

 

Comparing their cards to employees that are showing up - everything matches and nothing stands out

 

Can you please advise what I might be missing as this has only started now as I go to pay Q2 Super

Hi @Misha70 

 

In addition to what you have already checked, could you please also make sure that the employees have accrued super which is due to be paid to the fund by running Payroll Activity [Detail] Report. If it is not coming up in the report, the employees might not be linked to the relevanat superannuation payroll category.

Yes, all came up in report but 1. I have now gone back and rechecked to make sure all linked.
