I have followed the directions only to have an error message that they are not ready for me. Try another time. Have tried for 3 days. One call centre said that the service was down try tomorrow?
Call centre I have waited for over an hour only to be put through to another section to wait???
What is going on with this company to have inefficient service??
This is a reason to look at another provider for better service.
We have been with this company for many years.
Has anyone had this problem?
