Pay Superannuation Code Error

Serial Number: xxxxxxxx0034

I am trying to set up pay superannuation in MYOB Accountright.

MYOB have deposited $0.01 into our bank account along with a code.

However, when I place the 6 digit code in the verification field, an error message pops up.

I have attached the error message, the company ID, and a screenshot of the deposit for your information. 

Kindly help me resolve this issue, as I need to pay the superannuation for employees.

This error message generally means that there is something wrong in the setup process that needs to be fixed from our end. In order to organise that, can you please send me your best contact number and email address by a Private Message.
