Hi there,
We have a client who has an emlpoyee that started in Sept 2020. We are trying to process March 2021 super payments and the super for this employee is not coming through when we try to pay the super.
I believe this is because the super for Sept 2020 and Dec 2020 are overdue - we are preparing SGC Forms.
My two questions are:
1. How/can I add the employee into the March payment with all other staff for payment of the March 21 Super?
2. If I cannot add this employee - is this because the two previous quarters are outstanding? Is there any way around this?

Hi @dlc1,
Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if you have 'Pay directly from AccountRight ticked' in the superfund the employee is linked to ? If this hasn't been ticked, this would be why the superannuation amounts are not appearing the superannuation window. You can check this by going to Lists > Superannuation Funds > Select the blue arrow next to the fund.
