Paying employees - only list unpaid timesheets

We have a lot of casual staff on the payroll, only pay 40-50 per week for actual hours worked.

 

When I go through Process Payroll > Employee Pays, all the employees active in our system are listed and have to sort for employees that are owing hours. Is there a way to change the default filter to only list employees with unpaid timesheets in 'Employee Pays' instead of all active employees, even if $0 pay?

 

Also, can the cheque number column be changed from 'Auto #' to a specific text (ie, EFT)?

Hi @bec1127

 

The default filter on the Process Payroll window is not able to be changed as it is hardcoded into the program. That said, you can use the Advance Filters beside the Process all employees option, to filter the list by a number of different filters including the Employment Basis and Status options from the employees card.
