I am trying to print out the payment summarys etc but i can get passed the Fringe Bennefit tab as it keep giving me an error message and i cant get passeed it.
I have spent hours on the phone with the so called help desk but their solution did not work even though told me it does ???? Well it doesnt and I have people waiting for these summarys.

Thank you for the post! Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
As I see that error you encounter is when there is a duplicate mapping in database background. This needs to go to the Data File Repair team.
