Payroll Accounting Plus

Our payroll was accidently entered twice, only entered not sent to ATO or bank,  We have managed to send the correct pays to the bank and pay the staff, but i am unable to delete the incorrect transaction.  When ever i do it  my myob crashes and closes down.  I need to have this correct and also be able to send pay slips to the staff.

 

Wait time on the phone is 90+ minutes....................

Thanks for your post. Are you getting an error when AccountRight closes? If so, please send a screenshot of the error and the error log. Are you able to reverse that incorrect pay?

 

Can I also get you to clarify why you can't send payslips.

all error logs have been forward via email to MYOB AccountRight <accountrighterror@myob.com>

 

I cant send payroll as the leave component is effectivey doubled due to doubling up of pay.

When ever i try and reverse or delete transaction this is the error i get and it shuts down MYOB

Thanks for that information. Can you please post a screenshot here of the error message by using the snipping tool and click on Photos to upload. I'll also need you to attach the error log to your forum post so that I can see it.

I have just tried again to delete the transactions the same as i was doing last week, but today it allowed me to delete the transaction.  I dont know what was done to correct this error but it is now working.
