Payroll Verification Report not displaying a nil pay

Hi

One of our employees who received a nil pay for the current payroll (all hours as Unpaid Leave) is not appearing on the payroll verification report.

What can I do so that he is included in the report?

Thanks.

Suzanne

Re: Preview Pay Details report not displaying a nil pay

Correction:  The nil pay is not appearing in the "Preview Pay Details" report prior to recording the pay run.

Re: Payroll Verification Report not displaying a nil pay

Hi @Essen

Thanks for your post. That $0 pay won't appear in the Preview Pay Details as it is a void pay. However, when you click Record you will be prompted to confirm it should be recorded as a void paycheque. When you choose Ok, that $0 pay will be recorded in your software.

Please let me know if you need further help.

Re: Payroll Verification Report not displaying a nil pay

Hi Tracey.  Thank you very much for that.

Yes, I realised it does display after recording the pay but our company was hoping that it would also display prior to recording.  We will just have to work with that.

Kind regards

Suzanne
