When I got into payroll details and then into standard pay it says the pay frequency is weekly even though in the wages section it says the pay frequency is fortnightly. When I initially click on fortnightly in wages it changes in the standard pay section but if i go to another staff member and then back to the one I have already changed it doesn't save the updated information.
I am unable to change the standard pay section to fortnightly.

I'm sorry but the problem has not been fixed.
The 'Standard Pay' has reverted back to weekly even though it says fortnighlty in the wages section.

Hi @debbie64
Thanks for sending that through. I removed it from the post to protect the information but am able to refer to it from this end. To further troubleshoot this can you please list the steps you're taking to set this change in the card? Is this impacting one employee or several? You should be able to open the Clearwater sample file for testing.
Let me know and I'll further assist. Thanks for your patience.
Cheers,
Theresa

Hi Theresa,
I go into card file - card list - then I choose employee - I then click on the arrow at the beginning of the employee's name - click on the payroll details tab - then click on wages and there is Pay Basics; Annual Salary; Hourly rate; pay frequency; hours in the fortnightly pay period; wages expense account. If I click on Pay Frequency it gives the options: Weekly; fortnighly; twice a month and monthly. I click on Fortnightly. Then when I go to the Standard Pay tab it says: Pay frequency: Hours per pay frequency.
Initially the pay frequency says Fortnightly but if I go out of this employee and back in again the Pay Frequency has reverted back to weekly. (In the Standar Pay tab).
When I then go to process the payroll the hours are incorrect on the base hours and I have to change it manually every time for every employee.

Hi @debbie64
Thanks for providing the steps in your workflow. Are you clicking 'Okay' at the bottom of the window after changing the frequency? This is needed to save the change. It will close the window and should have it saved when you go back in.
Cheers,
Theresa
